At this time all sales are final. 

If you received you product and it was damaged please send a photo within 3 days of receiving it to pourfragranceco@yahoo.com. We will happily replace your order. 

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost shipments. If you think you shipment was lost or stolen please contact your local post office.
